Proposal on table to turn private nine-hole Toronto golf course into park, residential space

Flemingdon Park Golf Course yet to be sold

A group of developers wish to convert the nine-hole Flemingdon Park Golf Course in Toronto into public parkland. Five per cent of the plan is to create residential development at the private golf course property in the form of four towers. The golf course has yet to be sold, and the developer group’s plan is simply a proposal at this time.
